   This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. It does not require any physical or digital signature and is generated by a computer system.

2. Publication and Applicability
   This Terms and Conditions document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. It governs the use and access of the domain name  (“Website”), including any associated mobile sites or applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

   The Platform is owned and operated by Shri Parambariyam Silks, a business entity registered under applicable Indian laws (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "Platform Owner").

   By accessing or using the Platform or any of the services offered by us (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Shri Parambariyam Silks.
